Job Details
- Work with a team of Desktop Support technicians in one of the largest service centers at client with over 6,000 users.
- System administration of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X desktops and laptops.
- Provide hands on installation, troubleshooting and technology support for desktops, laptops, monitors and personal printers.
- Also required to provide phone support and remote assistance as needed.
- Deploy and reclaim computer equipment which includes maintaining asset management database with current status.
- Document work in various tools.
